I'm slowly getting into acroyoga over time here in Austin. My work schedule prevents a huge amount of jams or classes but we do some at Thai massage jam on Thursday nights. Many of you know me from the Free Thai massage workbook I put out. Download a copy if you have not:
Many from the acro community come to me with problems related to their shoulders and rotator cuff in addition to back pain or hip issues from the basing/flying done. I'm happy to educate and would love more exposure in the community to assist people. I'm working on setting up new equipment to produce youtube videos and would love questions from you to fuel video production.
Essentially what I do in Thai massage allows me to work on you easily and show you how to work on yourselves. I appreciate what the acro community does and care for all those involved. I know the acrobatic part of acroyoga is what many seem most excited about but I encourage you to explore therapeutics as a way of building a Long Term practice that will last a lifetime.
If I can assist you in any way please let me know. Thank you for all you do and I hope to fly some of you or be based very soon.
Blessings and metta,
