As a 3rd month newbie I was talking a same-size (180lbs) flier into low f2h as a base. The flier flexed hard when they should have pointed and my wrists were not nearly strong enough to resist. Both wrists were hurt but only one was significantly injured. Major mobility and strength lost during the healing period, which mostly included rest and remobilizing it while working strengthening exercises.
